This supplemental update fixes a bug in the Music Library bar code labels.

We have a great web host who also does our design work. In trying to add some new life to our website while also trying to keep the general look and feel of the original website that everyone has become so used to, we asked them to do their magic again. Here's a brief rundown:

The downloads are self extracting zip archives, but don't worry if you don't have a program to unzip the file. You don't need one! After you download a file, you can double-click (to open) it, and it will extract its contents auto-magically so you can then begin the installation process immediately.

INSTRUCTIONS: (you may print this page for reference)

1. Choose which program you need a Maintenance Update for and click on the linked filename associated with that program.

2. When you are prompted, save the file onto your hard drive:
   • Look in the Save As window that will pop up after you have clicked on the file you need and find the spot that says "Save In". There will be a drop-down arrow to the right of it.
   • Click that drop-down arrow and browse on your hard drive to the Default Install Directory. The Default Install Directory is noted below for your convenience.
   • Once you have browsed to the Default Install Directory, make a mental note of (or write down) the name of the File you are about to download, then click the "OK" or "Save" button and allow the file to download and be saved onto your computer.

3. Once the download is complete, use Windows Explorer (Start, Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer) or My Computer (double-click the "My Computer" icon on your desktop) and browse to the Default Install Directory where you downloaded the file. Locate and double-click the file in that directory to begin the installation process.

   Click "Yes" every time when asked "Do you want to overwrite this file?"

4. Your data files will not be affected. There is no need to save or backup your data files unless you would like to.

5. NOTE: You must be running the same version of the program (example: 3.x, 4.x, 5.x, etc.) to make use of these maintenance updates. Previous versions will be rendered inoperable. You cannot upgrade from one full version to another full version with a maintenance update file. To upgrade to the latest/newest full version, please see our order information page.

6. Be sure to have your Authorization Code handy to activate the new upgrade. Your authorization code is generally located on a sticker on the back side of the CD Jewel Case your software originally came in.
